Thanks for reaching out. It looks like that image isn't coming through for me. Can you try to send it to us via email to mailchimp@fanaticallabs.com? Additionally, can you tell me the version of Sugar you're on? Finally, can you also send along a screenshot of your Health Status page? You can get this by navigating to Sugar's Admin page, scrolling down to the SugarChimp section, and clicking Health Status. Thanks for your help in troubleshooting. Best, Heidi View Comment

  Support May 14, 2024 @ 04:47 pm
Apologies for my delay here. I replied via email but wanted to reply here as well to close the loop. Reply back on the email if you have any questions. You won't need to uninstall the prior version SugarChimp. Instead, you'll just install the latest version in the Module Loader. The steps can be found here: https://fanaticallabs.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360004608392-Update-to-the-Latest-Version-of-SugarChimp Let me know if you have any trouble! • Large Volume of Records

  Support March 25, 2024 @ 07:18 pm
Perfect, thanks. Looks like these are the activities tables and are totally okay to truncate. They're responsible for holding the campaign activity we sync from Mailchimp to Sugar and display within the Mailchimp Activities subpanel. Over time, these tables to get larger as we sync those activities over. If you're okay losing all the activities, they can be fully emptied. If you want to keep more recent activities, you can have Sugar truncate rows that are older than a certain timeframe, such as 30 days. To prevent the tables from getting this large in the future, you can set SugarChimp to automatically delete synced activities beyond a certain number of days. Since a lot of customers don't regularly review campaigns sent beyond 90 or 180 days, for example, those activities can be deleted from Sugar. To update that setting, you can follow the step below. 1. From within SugarChimp's Health Status page, right click anywhere on the page and select Inspect. 2. Click the Console tab 3. Copy/paste the following into the console and press Enter: SUGAR.App.api.call('get',SUGAR.App.api.buildURL('SugarChimp/setting/remove_activities_after_days/90'),{},{}); Let me know if you have any other questions! • Large Volume of Records

  Support March 22, 2024 @ 03:19 pm
Happy to help. Can you tell me what tables are taking up so much space? Over time some tables, such as the sugarchimpactivity table, will begin to grow larger as we sync over campaign activity from Mailchimp. We can usually truncate some tables, but knowing the table names they're looking to truncate will help provide insight into what the table does and how to help them not grow so large going forward. • Checking Connection on Emails Syncing from Sugar to MailChimp

  Support January 29, 2024 @ 09:02 pm
Just quickly following up on this ticket. We updated to the latest version and reconnected Sugar and Mailchimp. We then checked to see if there were any required fields in Mailchimp that were preventing data from syncing. By unchecking required in Mailchimp and queuing a re-sync it appears data is now moving as expected. Feel free to reach back out at mailchimp@fanaticallabs.com if you have any further trouble. Hi Julia, Happy to help. It looks like you're on an older version of SugarChimp and we've had a few updates since then. Could you update to the latest version: https://fanaticallabs.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360004608392-Update-to-the-Latest-Version-of-SugarChimp Additionally, can you tell me who you're syncing to Mailchimp (and how many records appear to be missing)? Are you syncing a subset of record or all contacts? This can be found within SugarChimp's Sync Settings. Finally, can you send along a screenshot of your Health Status page? This can be found within the SugarChimp section of Sugar Admin. You can send this and other personal details to mailchimp@fanaticallabs. If you want to hop on a call and troubleshoot together, feel free to schedule a time here: https://calendly.com/fanaticallabs_support/sugarchimp-support-meeting Thanks! Heidi View Comment
