Thanks for reaching out. Fanatically Zen does support Sugar 25.1, though I see that it's not currently updated on the Marketplace. I'll have our team do that. In the meantime, I've sent you an email with the latest version! Please let me know if you have any trouble.

Hi Heidi Thanks for your quick response. I was able to install the new package within Sugar 25.1. Now I have another problem. While configuring Fanatically Zen within Sugar admin, I introduced the key and was ok but I was stopped in step 3. I introduced the Sugar user and password and pushed the Click to authenticate Sugar with Zendesk button. It keeps thinking...
