• Syncing all Leads

Yes, you can remove those fields from mapping temporarily. After the sync is done you can add them again. I would suggest testing on sandbox first, if possible. Thank you. View Comment

• Syncing all Leads

  Support November 14, 2019 @ 11:15 am
Hi, After adding new fields in mapping, you can use "Hubspot to Sugar Sync All Contacts" job. Job will find and update contacts by email address. Please note that it will overwrite all mapped fields data with the updated data in Hubspot. It will not change the assigned user if assigned user is not in the mapping. Thank you. View Comment

• Mapping Assigned User field

  Support June 18, 2019 @ 12:08 pm
Hi Marco, Sugar Assigned User is a relate field and require the Sugar User's ID. As we don't have Sugar User's IDs in Hubspot so mapping Contact owner to Assigned User field won't work as expected. As a workaround, you can create a new text field in Sugar and map it to Hubspot's Contact Owner field. Thank you. View Comment

It is possible. We can set the Lead Source directly from the creation of the lead. Please let us know the exact sugar field name and its drop-down options. View Comment
