The subpanel will show/hide for a module depending on the List rights for that module. For custom modules, use the Hookup tool on the Admin page in the SecuritySuite section. This is the only way to create the relationship correctly so that SecuritySuite functions as it should. If a relationship was created manually or through Studio then that relationship will need to be manually removed and then recreated with the Hookup tool. View Comment

Hello Faten, I see that you were able to validate the license at July 26th, 2022 @ 1:30 pm UTC. Are you back up and running? Any time you see an error like that be sure to check your network configuration so that the CRM server can connect to https://www.sugaroutfitters.com in order to validate the key. It appears as though that is now working. View Comment

Happy to hear that you are getting good value out of SecuritySuite! Yes, you can hide users by checking the Filter User List option on the SecuritySuite settings page. This will hide users not in the same security group for all non-admin users from any user selection list. It won't hide the user associated with any records though. View Comment

Hello, SuiteCRM 7.4.3 is not supported as it is a very outdated and unsecure version. I recommend upgrading to a newer version of SuiteCRM and trying again. There also isn't a version of SecuritySuite available for 7.4.3. Installing a mismatching version is likely the cause of the error here. Let me know if you have any questions. View Comment

Typically it's 1 to 3 business days. However, there have been delays these past few months due to an unnerving list of impediments. That said, I am working on the security patch releases right now. These should be ready by end of day. I will follow up here when they are available. Thanks for reaching out! -Jason View Comment
