  CRM Plugin for Facebook integration and creating leads/ cases. This plugin is working based on 'Facebook page'. If a Facebook user comment on the company page with certain keywords likes issue, problem(For Cases) OR suggest,introduce(For Leads), a case/ lead creates in connected CRM based on a CRM scheduler. It works with SugarCRM CE and SuiteCRM and is a free plugin. From the CRM side a scheduler monitor comments posted by Facebook users on company's Facebook page and if certain keywords(not working, issue etc.) are present in those posts, create a case in CRM for it. If crm user creates note for the case, note content will comment in facebook post(post from where case is created). If facebook user comment/reply anything in the post, note will create in crm side and note will attach with the case. Same way leads get created if the page post contains lead keywords.
