No problem, you are in your right to do this. But The malfunction is not due to Opportunities Alerts itself. The problem was a misconfiguration of cron at hosting level, with mispell of commands We assisted customer by email and even offered the customer to make the host configuration for him, but denied to accept professional colaboration. Hi Wayne, I will... by private. I will be waiting for you if you consider to better define your need, or to provide more details. Please do it by private in order for me to close this thread, since actually this is not a software issue. View Comment

• Possible to change the alerts type to send Accounts instead?

  Support June 18, 2015 @ 02:28 pm
Hi Wayne, Thanks a lot for choosing OpportunitiesAlerts. Since we don't provide an option to change the configuration, If you dare, of course you can change the source! Nevertheless, the necessary changes to achieve this, are too extensive to explain them by this mean. I can give you a clue or a tip. Obviously we cannot give you garantees or additional support with the new changes (please refer to the license). The other option is to ask us to make the changes for you. We can quote these changes on demand. Please ask us if you consider this option. Anyway, here is the tip: you should begin at OpportunitiesAlertsScheduleDefs.php. There is a function called prepareMail where you can organize the body of the report. You will need to change the queries in the same flle. You will also need to adjust the labels in the language files. Hope this to help you Daniel View Comment

Ok. You can test with Kickoff, or just changing the schedule in advanced mode to "* * * * *" to test sending report for every minute (just to test). View Comment

Although 7. Is not supported, (just 6) we will be happy to help you to get OA working. Are you running 7 in sugarondemand? Or in another server? Is the scheduler correctly set? View Comment

This case closed. The customer needed an ad-hoc implementation for his needs, and we are in this process at the moment. View Comment

Jason, it should be an option to validate the license in a per user basis in one installation. Sometimes not all the sugar users will use the "X" add-on. View Comment

• Installed 6.5.15 don't find a menu or a subpanel

  Support November 25, 2013 @ 02:31 pm
I have uninstalled, and installed again. I have it running at this moment. The only issue that is pending, is to know about the licensing... If I had 7 users in my instance, but the only one that is going to use this package is me... how this impact in the price when the trial period end? View Comment
