Installing Data2CRM Add-On
To start your migration to SuiteCRM, you need to install Data2CRM plugin. And then, in the main menu will appear the option SuiteCRM Migration. Once you click on it, you will see the iframe with Data2CRM Migration Wizard.
1. Register Your Account
Create your personal Data2CRM account to proceed further. All you need to provide is your name, email, phone number, and choose a password. Also, you can sign in with your social network accounts - Facebook, Google, or Linkedin.
2. Provide Existing and Desired CRM Details
Going to the next step, you should provide your current CRM access details. Pay attention that the wizard may ask for a user name and a password, or URL and API key, as well as for authorization of Data2CRM only.
Then, you need to enter SuiteCRM credentials: URL, username, and a password.
3. Choose Modules and Map Data Fields
On this step, you select record types you want to switch and map data fields to suit your requirements. After, you can launch a free Demo Migration to check the service in action.
4. Complete Migration to SuiteCRM
Once you are satisfied with the Demo results, you are welcomed to proceed and complete your CRM data migration to SuiteCRM.
